Ordering
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed through the ordering form on the website. Click "Order Now" on the top menu. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an invoice within 24 hours for a deposit to confirm your order.
How far in advance should I place an order?
Orders are best placed 2 - 3 weeks in advance to ensure availability. A minimum of 5 days’ notice is required for all orders. Last-minute orders cannot be accommodated.
Do you accommodate allergies?
Sweet Thu-th Desserts is unable to make accommodations for allergies. Desserts are produced in a home kitchen that may also process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish, and crustacean shellfish.
Can I change the design after the order is submitted?
Changes to design/theme can only be made within 24 hours of submitting your order. If your order is submitted within 7 days of pickup/delivery, no changes can be made.
Payment & Deposit
What is your deposit policy?
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your requested order date and pickup time. If you need to cancel your order, the deposit will not be refunded. An invoice for the deposit will be sent within 24 hours of submitting your order request.
For orders scheduled within 7 days of the pickup date, full payment is required within 24 hours of placing the order to confirm it.
Do you offer refunds?
All desserts are final sale with no refunds. If there are issues with your order, please contact me via email.
Pickup & Delivery
Where are you located?
Sweet Thu-th Desserts is a home-based bakery located in Aurora, Colorado off Tower & Iliff. Exact pickup details will be provided once your order is confirmed.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of Aurora, CO. A delivery fee of $20–$40 will be added to the order total, depending on the distance.
How does pickup work?
Desserts will be placed in a cooler on the porch approximately 5–10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Please plan to arrive on time to ensure the best quality of your order.
Sweet Thu-th Desserts is not responsible for any deterioration of products if they are not picked up at the scheduled time, and refunds will not be provided. A different pickup time may be requested if needed, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
Sweet Thu-th Desserts is not responsible for any damage or deterioration to desserts after they are picked up.
How should I transport my desserts?
When the temperature is above 70°F, please have your car’s air conditioning running, avoid putting them in the trunk, and keep them out of direct sunlight during transport.
Storage & Freshness
How long do products stay fresh?
Most desserts are best enjoyed within 2–3 days for optimal freshness. Chocolate-covered strawberries are best eaten within 24 hours.
How do I store leftovers?
Store all desserts in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.

Sweet Thu-th Desserts is perfect for a variety of occasions including birthdays, baby showers, weddings, engagement parties, corporate events, and party favors. They also make great gifts or sweet treats for any celebration.
Do you offer large orders for events or parties?
Yes! Large orders are available for corporate events, dessert tables, and celebrations. Because availability can fill quickly, it’s best to place larger orders at least 3 - 4 weeks in advance.
Do you offer seasonal or special flavors?
